This 2009 Tallahassee Parade of Homes entry is located at Bull Run in Northeast Tallahassee.  The Mason is a well designed four bedroom two and a half bath home with nearly 2300 square feet of living space.  Builder Behzad Ghazvini has done a fantastic job with this home.

The light brick exterior is complemented by brilliant white trim.  The landscaping is inspiring with a winding walkway from the garage to the from porch.  The two car garage has separate carriage gate style doors and good storage space as well.

Walking through the foyer, the study is just off to the left.  If you need space for a home office, this is the perfect space.  The foyer leads into the family room.  With open access to the kitchen and to the screened in porch, the family room is a wonderful living area.  Enjoy the cool winter nights with the gorgeous fireplace.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and a large pantry for storage.  The half bath is just off the kitchen and indoor laundry room.

The master suite has a lovely view to the back yard and a full master bath with a separate shower and bath.  The dual vanity and walk-in closet make getting ready a snap.

The Live Oak plan in popular Bull Run off Kerry Forrest is a fantastic three bedroom two bathroom home.  A classic craftsman home just over 1800 square foot of living space. The garage has separate carriage garage doors. Nice touch!

The large family room and combined dining room create the perfect canvas just waiting for your decor.  Genuine hard wood floors and deluxe crown molding are evidence that this home is a quality build. The Corian counter tops and deluxe raised panel cabinets in the kitchen are beautiful.  Stainless steel appliances and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures add luxury to the kitchen.  This is a space any chef would be inspired to work in.

The master suite offers a walk-in closet and a master bath with seperate shower and bath.  The additional bedrooms have ample storage space too.

The Madira at The Park is a gorgeous four bedroom two bathroom home.  The exterior has Hardi-Board siding and a two car garage.  The roof is topped with thirty year architectual shingles.

Walking through the foyer into the great room, the vaulted ceiling provides the wide open space.  Ceramic tile and carpet create the perfect blend of soft and solid flooring surfaces.  Along the top of the main wall of the living room is a 20ft plant shelf.  A wood burning fireplace makes for a nice atmosphere during the winter months.  The kitchen has stainless Kenmore appliances and features Moen fixtures.  There is an adjoining breakfast nook just off the kitchen.

The master suite has a master bathroom with a walk-in closet and separate shower and tub.  The master bathroom also has dual vanity sinks as well. Opposite the master suite in this split floor plan are three additional rooms each with ample closets.  They share a full sized bathroom.

Builder David Hanselman has done it again, another wonderful entry to the 2009 Tallahassee Parade of Homes.

Inside you will find hard wood floors and a combined dining and living room under a vaulted ceiling.  The kitchen has lavish granite counter tops and space for a floating bar an comes with stainless steal appliances.

The master suite has a walk-in closet and master bathroom with dual vanity sinks.  The two additional bedrooms have nice closet space and share a full bathroom.
